I watch you read between my lines
Feel your eyes on my erratic heart
I tremble under your words
and hold my soul out to you

You knock down my walls without knowing it
and with just a light breath I’m at your mercy

I see you hiding behind your walls
Feel you doubt the beauty of your heart
How I long to know your soul
To see it strong and fragile within my arms

Will I ever dare to take the leap?
To stop hiding behind my smile and ease?
Do you see me hiding?

You’re more beautiful then you’ll ever believe
and I haven’t even met you yet
